1 cups sabudana (2 hours soaked)
1 cups boiled and mashed potato
1 cups chopped vegetables -(tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander)
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp sendha namak as per taste
2 cups ghee for deep frying
Directions
Drain extra water from sabudana and leave for 1 hour
Mix all ingredients and make soft dough.
Take small portion from the dough and make cutlets.
Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry all cutlets until they are golden brown.
Now serve hot crispy sabudana cutlets with vrat chutney/curd
