Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups sabudana (2 hours soaked)


  • 1 cups boiled and mashed potato


  • 1 cups chopped vegetables -(tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander)


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp sendha namak as per taste


  • 2 cups ghee for deep frying

Directions

  • Drain extra water from sabudana and leave for 1 hour
  • Mix all ingredients and make soft dough.
  • Take small portion from the dough and make cutlets.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry all cutlets until they are golden brown.
  • Now serve hot crispy sabudana cutlets with vrat chutney/curd
